He focuses his activity on banking, acquisition and leveraged finance, investment grade finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring, advising financial sponsors, principal investors, lenders and borrowers in the Italian market and in cross-border transactions. He graduated magna cum laude in Law from the University of Genoa, and has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2002.
