He provides legal assistance on M&A and private equity transactions and on commercial contracts. He has assisted important industrial operators and private equity funds in the acquisition and sale of equity interests and businesses operating in different sectors. He graduated in law, magna cum laude, at the University of Milan in 2007. In 2010 he received an honours LLM from Fordham University School of Law (New York). He is admitted to the Milan Bar Association since 2010.
