Giulio Sandrelli Bio

Advising banks, financial intermediaries and asset management companies on corporate and regulatory issues. Moreover, his area of expertise covers extraordinary corporate finance transactions and transformative deals, mostly involving players operating in the banking and finance industry, including transactions carried out in distressed situations. He is associate professor of business law at Università degli Studi Roma Tre, where he teaches Business Law and Capital Markets Law, and he is academic fellow at Bocconi University, Milan. He received his Law Degree (J.D.), with honours, from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 2004, a Master of Law (LL.M.) from the New York University School of Law in 2009 and a Ph.D. in Corporate Law from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 2011. Between 2020 and 2023, he has been senior researcher in commercial law at the University of Roma Tre. He joined the Milan Bar Association in 2007.
