Giovanni Pedersoli Bio

In-depth experience in Italian company law, in particular in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and cross-border deals. Assistance to Italian banks in relation to highly complex cross-border acquisitions and disposals. Giovanni received his Law Degree (J.D.) from Università degli Studi di Milano in 1993, and the LL.M. Degree (C.J.) from New York University School of Law in 1995. He was admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 1997 and admitted to the New York Bar in 1996. He was an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York from 1995 to 1998 (previously, Foreign Intern from 1993 to 1994).
