Giovan Battista Santangelo Bio

He focuses his activity on corporate law, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. In particular, he assists clients in the following areas: M&A, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, Project Finance and Real Estate. Giovan Battista has decades of experience in the structuring and management of complex corporate and M&A transactions and has developed a deep knowledge of the underlying industries and in particular the energy sector, having been working in this field since 1999. In recent years he has worked on some of the most complex and significant acquisition and joint venture transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He graduated in Law from the “Federico II” University of Naples. He is a member of the Italian Bar Association since 1993.
