Edoardo Pedersoli Bio

Assisting banks, investment funds, financial institutions and industrial groups in connection with ordinary and extraordinary transactions as to corporate and commercial matters. Significant experience in real estate transactions and with reference to the management and transmission of assets of private clients. Edoardo Pedersoli was nationally certified as an associate professor of Corporate Law in 2023. Previously, in 2022 he assumed the position of researcher at Università degli Studi of Milan, and since 2018 he has been teaching the course “Banking, Insurance and Financial Market Law” at Università degli Studi of Milan as an adjunct professor. He was admitted as a Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School in 2013 and, prior to joining Pedersoli Studio Legale, was a Foreign Associate at Jun He Law Firm in Shanghai. Edoardo Pedersoli received his Law Degree (J.D.), with highest honours, from Università degli Studi of Milan in 2010 and his Ph.D. in Corporate Law from Università degli Studi of Milan in 2013.
