He focuses his activity on real estate investments and on corporate and commercial law advisory. He regularly assists large private equity and institutional investors in the acquisition or divestment of real properties, interests in corporations and real estate funds. He has provided advice and assistance to primary international investors in some of the most complex transactions in the Italian real estate market in recent years. He has also gained experience in the fields of law of financial markets, corporate governance, and corporate and real estate litigation. He holds a law degree, magna cum laude, from the Catholic University of Milan and an LLM in International Commercial and Financial Law from King's College London. He has been admitted to the Milan Bar since 2013.
