Andrea Faoro Bio

He provides assistance in mergers, acquisitions, disposal of company shareholdings and assets as well as extraordinary transactions on regulated markets. He has gained an in-depth experience in dealing with acquisition contracts, investment and shareholder agreements, usually assisting industrial groups, financial institutions and private equity funds in important Corporate M&A deals. Andrea is a member of the Tax and Legal Committee of the Italian Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt Association (AIFI). He received his Law Degree (JD), with honours, from the University of Insubria in 2005 and was admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 2009.
