Uri Nesher is a Partner in the Hi-Tech Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Uri brings profound expertise in venture capital investments, having represented top tier VCs and investors in numerous transactions, and extensive experience representing technological incubators operating in the framework of the Incubators Program administrated by the Israeli Innovation Authority. Uri also provides ongoing corporate and commercial advice to companies, entrepreneurs, startups and investors across a broad spectrum of industries (such as Cyber Security, Food Tech, Adtech, Fintech) from initial planning, formation, seed financing, to ongoing operations and acquisition. Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Uri was a Partner at the Corporate and Commercial department the law firm of Tulchinsky, Stern, Marciano, Cohen, Levitski & Co.
