With over 15 years of experience, Sofia Livshitz is a commercial and corporate attorney representing Israeli and international clients, from startups to well-established public companies. Her work includes drafting agreements and counseling start-ups, advising both local and international clients on a wide range of commercial, corporate, corporate governance, and foreign markets-related matters; international transactions, including support of technology companies in all stages of development and in acquisitions and public offerings.
