Nathaniel Agou is a Partner in the IP Litigation Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Nathaniel has extensive experience in dispute resolution, with an emphasis on intellectual property litigation. Nathaniel specializes in matters involving intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, counterfeiting and unfair competition. Nathaniel successfully represented clients in intellectual property disputes involving civil proceedings, motions for temporary injunctions, seizure orders, oppositions and applications for cancellation before the Israel Patents, Designs and Trademarks Office as well as the entire range of Israeli civil courts and arbitration tribunals. Nathaniel’s clients include major technology-based companies, global corporations as well as multinational fashion companies and broadcasting networks. Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Nathaniel worked for Dr. Shlomo Cohen & Co. and interned at the Jerusalem District Court (for the Hon. Judge J. Adiel).
