Meny Broid is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Latin America and Spain Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Meny’s main areas of expertise consist of commercial and corporate law, agency and distribution, international trade law, sale of goods, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, Horizon and other European consortiums and R&D programs. Born and raised in Mexico, Meny’s multicultural background and experience enables him to understand different cultural mentalities and legal systems, work in various languages, and assist clients in bridging the gap between Israeli and international legal and business environments. Meny’s work includes the handling and coordination of international and local legal matters of Israeli clients, the representation of foreign clients in Israel, and the representation of academic and other participants at R&D projects. Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Meny was an associate at Yigal Arnon & Co. (Israel), at Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen (Philadelphia, PA, USA) and at Miller, Bolle & Partners (Brussels, Belgium). He was also a partner at Glusman, Shem-Tov, Chowers, Broid (Israel).
