Lee Ardon is a Partner in the IP Litigation Group and a Patent Attorney in the Patents Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Lee has vast experience in handling various intellectual property litigation and prosecution, in matters involving patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, counterfeiting and unfair competition, with special emphasis on IP matters in the fields of pharmaceutics and biotechnology. Lee represents clients in intellectual property disputes involving civil proceedings, motions for temporary injunctions, oppositions and applications for cancellation before the Israel Patents, Designs and Trademarks Office as well as the entire range of Israeli civil courts. Lee has a B.Sc in Biotechnology Engineering and has work experience in the pharmaceutical and medical industries. Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Lee has worked for more than 6 years as an IP attorney for Luthi&Co.
