Atir is involved in the creation of the ventures, from establishing the strategy and business, all the way to the details of the puzzle which, eventually, composes the big picture. With a cutting edge and creative approach and a focus on achieving his clients’ goals, Atir represents founders and companies in a wide range of industries and sectors, from their idea and pre-seed phase to their mature and growths’ stage and through their exits. Utilizing his extensive experience and knowledge, Atir represents foreign and local entrepreneurs, start-ups, managers and partners in the formation of private equity and venture capital funds and in their commercial transactions. This includes matters of sophisticated licensing agreements, distribution, Joint Venture, and Exists – M&A transactions to IPO’s – in Israel and abroad.
