Anna Moshe Bio

With over 25 years of experience in all aspects of hi-tech, commercial law, and international transactions including capital markets in Canada, the UK, and Australia. Her work includes representing technology companies in all stages of development, with emphasis on international transactions, and counseling foreign and Israeli clients. She has been involved in consulting venture capital financings, licensing, international trade, negotiating and implementing strategic alliances, EPC projects, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, as well as public offerings on the AIM market, the London Stock Exchange, and the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). Anna also acts as a mentor at several hi-tech hubs and accelerators in Israel and chairs Pearl Cohen’s Australian Desk. Anna’s clients range from startups to Fortune 500 companies. She represents global corporations, mid-size and private companies, fundamental institutional funds, and startups in the fields of fintech, cyber, medical devices, and HLS.
