Amir Sadeh is a Partner in the Corporate Group at Pearl Cohen’s Boston office. Amir counsels corporate clients on a variety of commercial, corporate and strategic matters. His experience includes representing public and private companies, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financing, cross-border transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Prior to relocating to Boston, Amir was a Partner in the Corporate and Licensing group of Pearl Cohen Israel.
