Adar Altman is a Partner in the Corporate Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Adar joined the Corporate Group as an associate upon completing her internship at the firm in 2005. Adar’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law and she advises clients on all aspects of their corporate operations, ranging from formation and corporate governance to commercial agreements and commercial leases. Adar also advises clients in financing transactions, investments agreements and mergers and acquisitions.
