Bio

Richard Zepfel concentrates his practice on business transactions and employment law counseling. Rich has extensive experience handling corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and major contracts. He handles real estate matters including acquisitions and leasing of commercial and industrial properties. Rich's employment law practice includes preparation and negotiation of executive employment agreements, executive compensation plans and equity incentives, separation/severance agreements and employee handbooks. Before joining Payne & Fears LLP, Rich was the managing partner of the Orange County office of Graham & James LLP, and previously an associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker.
