Vittorio Loi has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2006, is Head of the firm’s Moscow office and Head of the Desk Russia and CIS Countries. He divides his time between the Milan and Moscow offices. Vittorio has extensive experience in contractual, corporate and investment (including real estate), tax and litigation matters in states which were formerly part of the USSR, with a particular focus on the Russian Federation. He also advises Russian clients on the same matters relevant to their business interests in Italy. He is also a recognized expert in acquisitions and corporate law. Vittorio is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
