Roberto Zanchi joined Pavia e Ansaldo in 1983 and has been a partner since 1991. He held the role of Managing Partner from 2005 to 2015. Roberto is based in the Milan office and his main areas of expertise are Banking and Finance, M&A and Private Equity, as well as commercial and company law matters, insolvency and business restructuring. Roberto regularly advises leading banks and financial services companies, Italian and foreign private equity funds and multinational corporations. Some of the most representative transactions that he has been involved in include advising large domestic and international groups on privatisations, stock market listings and capital increases by banks on capital markets. Roberto is President of Cremonafiere S.p.A., a member of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Walter Stauffer as well as of Fondazione Museo del Violino Antonio Stradivari. Roberto is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
