Mia Rinetti has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2005 and is mainly based in our Milan office. Mia deals prevalently with extraordinary financial transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of businesses and shareholdings, mergers, de-mergers and company reorganization. She regularly advises leading domestic and overseas private equity funds on investment and exit deals. Mia has also built up wide-ranging experience in capital markets legal issues, advising issuers, shareholders, sellers and brokers on public offerings and private placements of shares and on listing procedures, as well as on public offerings and private placements of bonds and other financial instruments. Mia also acts for domestic and foreign banks and other financial institutions in compliance matters and her expertise in anti-money laundering regulations is widely recognised. She has acquired an in-depht experience in financial restucturing and corporate re-organization, having assisted both debtors and creditors in agreements and procedures for the management of distressed companies. Mia has been a member of the Board of Directors of SISAL Group SpA and SISAL SpA, is a supporting member of Fondazione Marisa Bellisario and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
