Meritxell Roca Ortega, in Pavia and Ansaldo since 1996, has been a Partner since 2009. Lawyer in Italy and Spain, she is based in Milan and heads the Barcelona and Madrid Offices. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Firm as well as the Co-Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department and the Mergers and Acquisitions Department. Meritxell advises Italian and international clients, especially Spanish and Latin American, in bilateral and multilateral relations with Spanish speaking countries, prevalently in the areas of M&A, Commercial, Corporate, Real Estate and Energy Law. She also has extensive experience in M&A, private equity, commercial agreements and corporate transactions. She was President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Italy from 1999 to 2008. She is a member and speaker of the International Bar Association (IBA).
