Massimiliano Elia mainly works in the Turin office, in the Banking and Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Litigation and Arbitration and Capital Market departments. Massimiliano Elia has a wide and varied experience in financial and insurance matters, with particular regard to mergers and acquisitions and structured finance transactions. In the field of litigation, he provides legal assistance in structured finance, capital and debt markets for banks, public bodies, companies and individuals and is frequently appointed as an arbitrator, also in the capacity of chairman. He is the author of several publications, including the “Compendium on derivative contracts” and the “Reference practices in banking and finance”. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
