Maria Elena Armandola has been a Partner of the firm since 2010 and carries out her activity mainly at the Milan office. Maria Elena assists Italian and foreign clients in ordinary and arbitral litigation, both domestic and international, both in ad hoc arbitrations and in arbitrations administered by Italian or foreign institutions ( inter alia , Milan Chamber of Arbitration, International Chamber of Commerce, Singapore International Arbitration Centre) , both as a defender and as a referee. The sectors she deals with are commercial law (in particular international trade contracts), corporate law, bankruptcy law, unfair competition law and civil defamation. She is also registered in the list of arbitrators appointable by the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Italy and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
