Giuseppe Besozzi Bio

Giuseppe Besozzi has been a Partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2015 and is working out of our Milan office. Giuseppe’s practice focuses on extraordinary corporate transactions such as acquisitions and disposals of companies and shareholdings, mergers, demergers, and corporate restructuring. He advises leading Italian and foreign private equity funds on investments and disinvestments. Giuseppe has acquired considerable expertise in banking and finance, assisting clients in a broad range of funding transactions, including corporate acquisition loans, working capital loans and structured finance, as well as bond issues. Giuseppe is an expert in international contract law. He has vast experience of restructuring and re-organization transactions, regularly advising leading industrial groups on managing distressed companies. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
