Daniele Carminati Bio

Daniele Carminati has been a Partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2014, Head of the Middle East and Turkey Desk and he works mainly out in the Rome and Milan offices. Daniele’s practice focuses on legal assistance applied to corporate acquisitions, transfer of ongoing concern and shareholdings, mergers and demergers. He particularly assists Italian and foreign clients as well as private equity funds in extraordinary corporate transactions. Daniele is also an expert in the drafting and negotiation of supply and construction contracts at a national and international level; he has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of construction, engineering and project management, EPC and O&M contracts and boasts a deep understanding of FIDIC contracts and the common practice surrounding their use. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
