Claudio Cera has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2013, and is working out of our Rome and Milan offices. He has acquired broad experience in quotations, securitisation and financing and is an expert in corporate matters and in transactions related to the purchase and disposal of assets, going concern and companies , operating in various sectors and particularly in the real estate and energy sectors. Claudio advises both public and private entities on the development, acquisition and sale of renewable energy plants and single or portfolios real estate properties having various destinations (shopping malls, hotels, health care residence, university student residence, residential, office, commercial, etc.), also advising on the setting up of joint ventures, mergers, contribution of assets, and capital transactions with the relevant governance issues. He also regularly assists clients seeking financial backing within the framework of the aforementioned transactions and is an expert in the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of commercial contracts. Claudio has a thorough understanding of town planning, cadastral, construction, financial, administrative, tariff and tax matters relating to the acquisition and disposal of companies, businesses, renewable energy plants and real estate. He also deals with inheritance planning matters. Claudio represents some of the leading domestic and international players operating in the real estate market as well as the energy sector. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
