Annapaola Negri-Clementi Bio

Annapaola is a partner of Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi. She is specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, art law and in assisting innovative start-ups. She has more than twenty years of experience in sensitive corporate transactions. She has been appointed with respect to prestigious roles by primary enterprises and associations, listed companies under the supervision of Consob and Bank of Italy. She edited the volume “ECONOMY OF ART. Market, law and digital transformation”, published by Egea, and writes regularly in newspapers specialized in law and art. and participates as a lecturer in leading universities and as a speaker at conferences on artistic and legal disciplines. She was admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (the Italian Supreme Court). She is a member of the Milan Bar.
