Andrea Cristaudi Bio

Before being a founding partner of Pavesio e Associati, Andrea was an associate of Brosio, Casati e Associati, associate and partner of Allen & Overy until June 2005 and then, until December 2006, a partner of Simmons & Simmons. Andrea has gained significant experience in corporate finance transactions. He has assisted institutional investors and companies in acquisitions and disposals, guarantors and placements in offers and placements of financial instruments on the Italian and international markets, and Italian and foreign financial institutions in financing operations and debt restructuring agreements. Andrea has also advised Italian and foreign financial institutions in regulatory matters regarding financial services and markets.
