Maria Leticia Ossa Daza is head of the Latin America Practice and a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. For over two decades, Leticia has advised international and domestic clients on successful mergers and acquisitions and other complex cross-border corporate transactions. She has extensive experience advising clients in the financial institutions, technology, infrastructure and consumer goods space, among others.
