Patrick Allan Bio

Patrick Allan spent 14 years working at international law firms and a top ten UK accountancy practice before joining Parisi Tax. He is a specialist tax adviser with particular expertise in property investment/development, mergers and acquisitions and equity incentives. On both business-critical and strategic change projects, Patrick works with clients to understand and help meet their commercial goals in a tax efficient manner. He has extensive experience in assisting clients with taxplanning as part of M&A activity, advising on property tax matters (including stamp taxes specialism), restructuring and management share incentive structures, combining considered advice with his commercial understanding to recommend appropriate solutions. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Tax and Stamp Taxes Practitioners' Group.
