Lisa Stevenson founded Parisi Tax in 2009 and brought with her almost 20 years of “big firm” experience at large national law and accountancy firms. She is a trusted tax adviser respected by her clients and peers alike. Clients value her clear and commercial advice – she takes complicated tax legislation and makes it understandable. Most importantly she gives clear recommendations that clients can act on. Chambers quotes clients as commending her as highly experienced, responsive and being "excellent at delivering commercial solutions in a pragmatic and client-focused way." She specialises in all tax aspects of M&A work including seller and buyer tax planning and acting for sellers and management teams on private equity deals. She also has significant experience of advising on group reorganisations. She advises on EIS and SEIS as well as designing and implementing executive share incentive plans. Lisa has been a regular contributor to Tax Journal’s “Ask an Expert” panel.
