Jon Robinson joined Parisi Tax in 2017 after working at a large international law firm for 14 years. He prides himself on his responsiveness and giving clear and easy to understand advice. Jon is recognised by Legal 500 as a next generation lawyer who is “extremely efficient and very user-friendly”. He specialises in corporate and property tax matters. In a corporate context Jon has a particular focus on M&A and private equity work, buyer and seller tax planning, share incentives and group reorganisations. On property tax he is highly experienced in advising on SDLT, VAT, capital allowances and the direct tax implications of all types of investment and development transactions, as well as joint ventures and complex projects such as student accommodation and care home transactions.
