Ryan Prager Bio

Ryan Prager is a partner of Palmieri Tyler in the corporate and real estate practice groups. Mr. Prager’s practice includes a wide range of corporate matters, including general corporate transactions, business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, technology, licensing, corporate governance, securities transactions, and federal and state securities law compliance. Mr. Prager assists clients in a variety of industries with the drafting, negotiations and review of contracts along with formation and governance of business entities, such as corporations, limited liability companies, and nonprofit entities. Mr. Prager’s real estate practice includes all aspects of real estate transactions, including real property purchase and sale transactions, residential and commercial development projects, commercial leasing transactions, and general real estate matters.
