Stephen Scheck is a partner of Palmieri Tyler. Mr. Scheck is a real estate and corporate attorney. Residential and commercial real estate developers rely on his deep understanding of the California real estate landscape for all aspects of their corporate and land use transactions including land and project acquisitions, entitlement and development. He has executed 1031 exchanges as well as negotiated and secured commercial leases for landlords and tenants. Mr. Schecks’ legal counsel has led to the development of infill, apartments, adaptive reuse and redevelopment projects in nearly every city in Orange County. As part of his corporate practice, he advises real estate investors and developers on the formation of legal entities such as joint ventures, partnerships, and limited liability companies and has counseled them on general business matters.
