Ryan Easter is a partner of Palmieri Tyler. He specializes in all areas of corporate, real estate and taxation matters. Mr. Easter’s corporate practice includes general business representation, start-up and emerging business representation, including formation, capitalization and operation of joint ventures, corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, franchising, securities, employment agreements, as well as simple and complex merger and acquisition transactions at all market levels. Mr. Easter’s real estate practice includes representation of landlords and tenants in residential, commercial and industrial leases, representation in the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial properties, representation of lenders and security holders, representation in all aspects of land use and development planning, including zoning, General Plan amendments, and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), construction contracts, financing, as well as all aspects of tax deferred exchanges. Mr. Easter’s tax practice includes advising clients in all areas of individual, corporate, partnership, and property taxation, representation before the IRS, Franchise Tax Board, State Board of Equalization and county assessors, as well as structuring and implementing wealth protection and succession planning mechanisms.
