Jane Donahue Davalos is a partner practicing in Palmieri Tyler’s Wealth Protection and Estate Planning and Corporate and Securities groups. Ms. Davalos counsels clients on estate tax planning and business issues including estate tax, gift tax, income tax as well as estate tax return strategy. She drafts comprehensive estate plans and works with various types of tax planning issues including estate administration, charitable gift planning and analysis of income and inheritance/estate tax issues. Ms. Davalos’ corporate practice includes drafting various ownership and operating agreements for business entity and real property interests as well as tax-deferred exchanges of property.
