Tobias Jager Bio

At POELLATH, Tobias became an expert on classic M&A/private equity and venture capital transactions and has continuously expanded his practice in the restructuring and reorganization of companies. He has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and bankruptcy law and heads our restructuring and bankruptcy practice. For special situations, joint ventures and distressed transactions, he finds reliable solutions on a legally substantiated basis. Tobias has been imparting his expertise for years as a lecturer at the University of Muenster and host of the “Frankfurt Insolvency and M&A Forum” (FIMA).
