Georg Greitemann works as a lawyer in the field of M&A/corporate law. He advises clients on transactions, internal restructuring and ongoing corporate law matters. His clients are companies, company founders, shareholders and their families, as well as managing directors and supervisory board members. Approximately half of his work is cross-border.
