Bio

Jory Grad is a partner at Owens Wright LLP, practising in our Commercial Leasing, Real Estate Law and Telecommunications Access practice groups. He specializes in a broad range of commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants, including retail, office, industrial, data centres, solar and rooftop, with a focus in the telecommunication industry. Jory also has experience in real estate, construction, corporate and commercial law. In his practice, he works on behalf of individuals, public and private corporations and real estate developers. Jory was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2005. He graduated with a combined Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto in 2004, where his last semester was spent on exchange at the National University of Singapore. Prior to that, he received his Bachelor of Science (Statistical Sciences) from the University of Western Ontario in 1999, being named to the Dean’s Honours List. Jory has frequently participated as a panellist and lecturer at industry conferences and seminars such as those hosted by the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Law Society of Ontario.
