David Forgione was called to the bar of Ontario in 2009. David practices in the area of commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, subdivision and condominium development, real estate joint venture structuring, complex land assemblies, and real estate financing. David regularly acts on behalf of real estate developers and property managers where he often works with municipal officials, planners, surveyors, engineers and environmental consultants to assist clients with the timely completion of their projects and transactions.
