Ali Daneshvar is a Partner at the firm, practicing corporate, real estate and property development law. He advises many of the province’s leading real estate developers in all their legal needs from A to Z. Ali provides expert guidance from the corporate structuring of Real Estate deals, to the land acquisition, financing, and the development of all types of real estate asset classes. He often acts for lenders or borrowers in secured lending transactions, including acquisition and construction financing. Ali also advises funds, developers, and real estate investors on joint venture, limited partnership and other co-ownership structuring of deals. In addition to his extensive Real Estate practice, through his family’s involvement in the dental profession, Ali has developed unique expertise in the intersection of real estate and corporate law, serving the legal needs of dentists at every stage of their career. Whether it be starting their first practice, expanding their portfolio as an investor dentist, or planning their retirement transition and selling their practice for the best value. Ali completed his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School and his MBA at the Schulich School of Business. Prior to law school, Ali completed a Bachelor of Business Administration and gained valuable insight in marketing and strategic management while working at a Fortune 50 multinational corporation in both Toronto and Montreal. Ali brings a wealth of diverse business and legal experience to his joint corporate and real estate practice at Owens Wright and strives to serve his clients’ needs to the best of his ability every day. Ali is fluent in French and Persian.
