Daniela Partl Bio

Daniela Partl advises clients in the areas of banking and capital markets law. She focuses on drafting and handling extensive funds documentations for different fund platforms, including the review of technical translations. Furthermore, her practice includes processing the issuing of financial derivatives. Daniela Partl has been admitted to the Bar in 2003. Prior to joining OMF she worked for Thümmel, Schütze & Partner, Frankfurt am Main. She is a member of the German Lawyers’ Association (DAV).
