Thomas Lesser advises banks and financial services institutions on banking and capital market law. He mainly focuses on advising banks with respect to the establishment of pan-European issuance platforms for derivative financial instruments, on the structuring and drafting of securities prospectuses as well as on the corresponding approval procedures and in connection with issuance of structured products (Certificates, Notes, Leverage Products and Funds). He also regularly advises banks on regulatory issues (inter alia preparation and review of key information documents, review of marketing material, review of websites, matters in relation to the Benchmark Regulation). In February 2016, Thomas Lesser became a partner of OMF. He had previously worked in banking for several years as a lawyer and a banker international investment banks. Lastly, he worked for a number of years as a counsel in the Frankfurt Office of an American law firm. He has been an attorney-at-law since 2003.
