Matthew Oliver Bio

Matthew is a partner in Osler's corporate group in Montréal. Matthew has represented public and private clients for over 10 years in a variety of Canadian, U.S. and international transactions, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, carve-out transactions, strategic investments, recapitalizations, reorganizations, joint ventures and other corporate matters. He practices corporate and securities law with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Matthew’s practice also covers a range of industry sectors, including natural resources, technology, aerospace, real estate, and health and pharmaceuticals.
