Jessica Myers Bio

As a partner in the Corporate group of our Calgary office, Jessica has extensive experience advising on debt and equity capital markets and M&A transactions. Jessica regularly acts for issuers and investment dealers on debt capital market transactions including investment grade and high-yield note offerings. She has experience with a range of debt securities products, including medium term notes, high-yield notes, hybrid notes, as well as green, social and sustainability-linked debt products. Jessica has also advised on a wide range of M&A transactions in many industries, including power and utilities, energy and telecommunications. She also regularly advises clients with respect to public company disclosure obligations, corporate governance, securities regulatory and stock exchange compliance matters.
