David is a partner in Osler’s Corporate and Emerging and High Growth Companies Practice Groups in our Toronto office. David’s practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate/commercial matters, with a particular emphasis on the representation of emerging and high growth companies (throughout their lifecycles), the venture capital, growth equity and private equity funds and other investors that finance them and the strategic acquirors who buy them. David is broadly experienced with corporate formation and governance matters, venture capital and private equity financing transactions and a variety of acquisition and divestiture transaction structures on both the buy and sell side
