Bio

Vicente is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and business law and capital markets. He is Managing Partner of the Madrid Office. Vicente holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid (1991) and a postgraduate degree in European Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (1992). He joined Osborne Clarke in 2017 and previously worked in Uría Menéndez (1994-2005) and was a corporate partner in Pérez-Llorca (2005-2017).
