Simon is a partner in Osborne Clarke’s Corporate practice. He has over 12 years’ experience advising investors, management teams and companies on all aspects of the private equity market, including venture and growth capital transactions, private equity buyouts, buy-and-build projects, and exits. Simon is a technology specialist and has particular experience working for technology focussed VC funds, angel investors, and high-growth companies in the Tech, Media and Comms sector. He is praised for the commercial and pragmatic support he provides to investors and the companies they invest in, from start-up through to exit.
