Mathias is a Partner in Osborne Clarke’s Corporate group in the firm's London office. Mathias advises on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth capital fundraisings, joint ventures and reorganisations and corporate governance. Mathias specialises in advising clients in the Tech, Media and Comms sector, where he has worked with businesses operating in, amongst other areas, digital media; e-commerce and consumer internet; advertising and marketing services; video games; cybersecurity; enterprise software; and IT consulting.
